traffic center. >> what we have is the center lane of the lower deck of the bay bridge is closed for a short stretch past the island. here is a look and the sensors are already picking up delays in the eastbound direction. this is on the suspension span and we are emphasizing this is the lower deck of the bay bridge. this was traveling eastbound on the lower deck of the bay bridge and struck the roof of the lower deck to the bay bridge and knocked loose some concrete. this looks like a digging machine, what we used to call a steam shovel. what have you been able to learn? >> i actually got on the bay bridge ride at your boy not island. it was about a
